"Positions Currently Held" will change only when a contributor closes a position, opens a position, or the investment vehicle is no longer a prospect. This is not a complete representation of all positions by all staff members, but only a disclosure of positions held by staff members that are also currently on our Prospect List.

"Positions Changed" represents the last five days of trading. If today is Tuesday, the positions listed for Monday correspond to yesterday and the positions listed on Friday are for last week. In other words, they represent historical transactions and not pre-disclosures. Position changes that represent an increase in the position are indicated by a (+). Position changes that represent a decrease in a position are indicated by a (-).
